How often do I complete the Pulse Survey?


You complete the Pulse Survey once per week via the link that is sent to your email address.


 


Will my Pulse responses be sent to my employer?


Your information is confidential so individual responses will not be sent to your employer but rather aggregate wellbeing data will be sent back.


 


Am I obliged to use the eCheckin?


While you are strongly encouraged to use the Weekly Pulse eCheckIn system, the decision about the compulsory status of the program is made by your employer.



How often can I access the online courses?


With your subscription, you can access the online courses as many times as you would like in a 12 month period.
